Bordescros (Albury/Wodonga)

Event: Shire Officers Meeting
Dates: The Monday after A&S Sunday
Venue: Thomasina Coke’s residence, 554 Thurgoona Street, Albury, NSW
Times: 7.00 pm for Skype meeting to commence at approx. 7.15 pmAll paid members are welcome to attend!Please ensure that reports are sent one hour before meeting and a request to be added to the meeting via Skype using the internet.

Event: Albury- A&S and possible fighter training (including Archery)
Dates: Second Sunday of the month (Note: If month begins on a Sunday it is the Sunday before the Bordescros Central Tourney and Feast.)Any fighter training will only occur if there are registered Marshalls present.Please contact the relevant officer to confirm;

Please note that we currently have a registered Heavy Marshall and Target Archery Marshalls for the Albury group. We do not have an Albury based Rapier Marshall, so Rapier training will not occur unless there is a visiting registered Rapier Marshal attending. Cost- Members are a gold coin donation. Non-members are a gold coin donation plus $5.00 to cover insurance including 0-18 year olds.

Venue: Albury Wodonga Sport Fishing Club Hinckler Drive, ALBURY NSW 2640 (Near the airport, next to the hangar with the big red Z, opposite Waterworks Road and signposted: Lockheed Drive)
Times: 1:00pm to 4:00 pm approx.

Event: Albury- Tourney and Pot Luck Feast
Dates: Third Saturday Each Month
Venue: Albury Wodonga Sport Fishing Club Hinckler Drive, ALBURY NSW 2640 (Near the airport, next to the hangar with the big red Z, opposite Waterworks Road and signposted: Lockheed Drive)
Times: Hall opens at 2:00 pm.Depending on attendance levels, activities included could be;

  • Heavy Tourneys
  • Target archery
  • Games, indoor/ outdoor
  • Music / singing
  • Dancing
  • Feast is typically at 6.00 pm
  • Event concludes around 10:00 pm (there is a midnight curfew)
