|Baron James Douglas (Paul Willis)||The Deputy Seneschal is currently responsible for Loch Alba -mundanely the town of Wagga Wagga, NSW.|
|Reeve||Lord Gunther Boese (Scott Bulters)||Responsible for the group’s finances.|
|Herald||The Honourable Lady Lowry ferch Gwynwynwyn (Tracey Sawyer)||Ensures announcements are made at events and helps with name and device registration.|
|Marshal||Lord Robert Campbell (Scott Murrowood)||Ensures that combat related activities can happen within the group.|
|Minister for Arts and Sciences||Lady Kolgrima Hraffnsdottir (Kim Palmer)||Ensures that creative activities can happen within the group.|
|Constable||Lord Aelthwyn Maccusswell (Andrew Walker)||Ensures that all paperwork is maintained and event attendees are signed in and accounted for.|
|Chirurgeon||VACANT||Ensures that First Aid is available at events within the group.|

Lady Eleanor Gardiner (Debbie Sanders)
|Assists newcomers with garb and introductions to the SCA.
Chatelaine looks after loaner garb, feasting gear etc.

A monthly Officers’ meeting is held on the second Sunday of every month at 12:30 pm. All paid members of the Shire are welcome to attend either in person or via Skype – please contact the Seneschal if you’d like to attend.
